Will begin classes in September
MADRID -- The New York Film Academy inaugurated its new Madrid school Tuesday and said it will start classes in September.
The academy, which has schools in London, Paris, Florence and Los Angeles, will offer classes and workshops in English and Spanish, in collaboration with local partner production house Mundo Ficcion.
"The most important thing is to tell stories, and we will put the tools and skills within reach of the students so they can," the New York school's director Michael Young said.
