Pharrell Williams To 'Cultivate Skin For New Tattoos'

US producer Pharrell Williams has claimed that he is to cultivate new skin in order to get fresh tattoos on his body.

The N*E*R*D star said he was bored of his current tattoos and has decided to take the drastic action so that he can start again.

"It's going to be pricey, but fuck it, it's worth it. I got fire on my arms, I don't need fire on my arms! I'm a grown man,” he told the Mirror newspaper.

"There's an institute called the Wake Forest Institute in North Carolina for Regenerative Skin Treatment.

"It's basically like getting a skin graft, but you're not taking skin from your ass or legs - these guys actually grow the skin for you.

"First you have to give them a sample of your skin, which they then replicate. Once that's been done, they sew it on - and it's seamless."

Would you go to such lengths for a new tattoo? Why not share your thoughts by posting a comment below.

Tim Mcgraw - Mcgraw I Was Just Trying To Keep The Peace

TIM MCGRAW has spoken out about his attack on a rowdy fan at a show in Washington last week (24Jun08).

The country star has downplayed the incident, during which he helped security staff eject an unruly reveller at a concert in Auburn.

He says, "I was just trying to keep peace and the security guys just couldn't get there in time."

MCGraw took action after he spotted the man assault a woman in the audience.

The incident made headlines last week when footage of it surfaced online.

MCGraw halted his performance of Indian Outlaw to yell for help, screaming, "Get rid of this guy! Security!"

MCGraw's spokeswoman has since revealed the "overly aggressive fan" attacked a female fan, and Tim witnessed the incident.

She says, "Tim called for security, but when they could not respond quick enough, Tim and several crew members removed the fan from the audience."

The "unruly" fan, Marcus Nirschl, 30, insists he didn't deserve MCGraw's wrath.

He explains, "I was getting shoved up against some empty seats, and I may have pushed some people when I was trying to get my balance... but I didn't hit nobody.

"I'm the nicest guy you'll ever meet."

Other fans at the show have disputed his claims.

Two contestants sent packing this week on 'How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria?'

TORONTO - Two more contestants have been sent home on the CBC-TV reality show "How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria."

Katie Kerr, a student from Windsor, Ont., and Kyla Tingley of Dartmouth, N.S., received the fewest votes this week, along with Tamara Fifield of Truro, N.S.

The trio then had an "elimination sing-off," performing "Jesus Christ Superstar." Judge Simon Lee spared Fifield, but Kerr and Tingley got the boot.

Kerr is a student at the University of Windsor. Tingley received an East Coast Music Award nomination in 2005 with her group, The Chronicles.

"How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria?" aims to find a performer to star as nun-turned-governess Maria von Trapp in a production of "The Sound of Music" to be staged in Toronto this fall. It's based on a British series of the same name that Webber co-created.

In addition to Fifield, other members of the Top 6 are: Jayme Armstrong of Vancouver, Donna Lajeunesse, from Bowmanville, Ont.; Vancouver's Elicia MacKenzie, Marisa McIntyre of Waterloo, Ont., and Janna Polzin, originally from Woodstock, Ont., now living in Toronto.

Gok Wan Likes Breasts

TV fashion guru Gok Wan says he loves women's breasts.

Openly gay Gok, 33, gets very enthusiastic about breasts and women's bodies in general because he enjoys seeing how he can transform them on his hit Channel 4 show 'How To Look Good Naked'.

He says, "I love t**s, I love bodies but I love men's bodies and women's bodies. I love the idea of seeing what I can do with them. For me the body is like a palette, it's like a naked board that I can draw on."

However, despite claiming he never tires of looking at women's breasts, Gok insists he wouldn't want to bury his head in them.

He added, "When I look at a pair of tits, I see them and think, 'Ooh, how can I dress them?' I guess I do the exact opposite of a straight man. I definitely don't want to bury my head in them!"
